Shipping and Delivery Charges

Free delivery on all items to UK Mainland (excludes some parts of Scotland) usually within 2-3 working days.  Most UK Mainland deliveries are sent by postage or courier (excludes weekends and bank/public holidays).  

Next day delivery available for £4.99.  Please note that we rely on third parties for our delivery so we can’t guarantee or be held responsible for deliveries that fail to reach their destination in the expected time.

We have reserved the right to charge extra for orders of awkward, long or bulky items where we will incur extra carriage charges.  Please contact us for further details.

For the Channel Islands, some parts of Scotland, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight please contact us for prices.

Items in stock, ordered before 12pm, will normally be dispatched on the day of purchase.  Please note that we don’t have a live stock system and so if you are in a hurry for an item we recommend that you give us a call first to check stock levels.  Equally if you need a delivery in a hurry, for example before 9 am, 10 am or 12 pm the next day or a Saturday delivery please call us and we’ll do everything we can to achieve this for you (there may be a surcharge applicable).

If you’ve paid extra for a timed delivery and these terms are not met we will of course refund you those extra charges.

Our courier will attempt to deliver your goods to you twice.  If you are out on both occasions and it is not deemed safe to leave your goods with a third party then the goods will be returned to ourselves as undelivered.  There may then be extra charges to pay should you wish the goods to be re-delivered to you.

If goods have been damaged in transit then please contact us and we will arrange to exchange these for you.  If the packaging of your goods is damaged please write “packaging damaged” next to your signature.  If your goods are returned to us as damaged but turn out to be undamaged then a return postage charge may be incurred.
